• Price changes will not affect ongoing installment payments.

3. Refund Policy

• Customers canceling before full payment are entitled to a 75% refund.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
• No refunds after full payment and product delivery.
• In case of product unavailability, a full refund or alternative product option is offered.

4. Product Delivery

• Delivery occurs only after full payment completion.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
• Failure to receive the product within 30 days may result in extra charges.

5. Long Delay Payments

• Customers with long delays in payment will receive reminders.

6. Product Pricing and Changes

• Prices may change due to market conditions.
• Ongoing installment payments are not affected by future price changes.
• We reserve the right to modify products, discounts, and installment plans.

• Fraudulent activity results in account suspension.
